The dress code and uniform for Subiaco Academy students produces a sense of belonging and community while being comfortable and practical. The simple guidelines for all students are as follows:
Uniform shirts, both casual and dress, class ties and hoodies are required. Casual shirts are either a short sleeve golf type shirt or a long sleeve polo type shirt. These styles come in both Subiaco Academy colors of navy blue and orange. The number and color that you purchase is your option. Each student must have at least one white and one blue Subiaco Academy dress shirt and tie and at least one Subiaco Academy 'hoodie'. For the coming school year, these items are purchased through the Subiaco Academy Trojan Shop.
Uniform pants and shorts are khaki and can be purchased anywhere. The only stipulation is that they must not be 'cargo' style pants or shorts. A belt is also required and when long pants are worn, the shoes must be leather and cannot be athletic shoes such as court shoes, running shoes, skate board shoes, etc.

- 3-4 pairs of jeans
- 2-3 pairs of shorts (walking or Bermuda)
- 4-8 recreation T-shirts
- 1 heavy warm coat
- 1-2 light wind breaker-type water repellent jackets
- 2-3 sweaters
- Pajamas
- 10-12 pairs of underwear
- 10-12 pairs of socks
- 1 pair brown or black leather dress shoes
- 2 pair athletic shoes
- 2-3 belts
- 1 swimsuit
- 1 umbrella
- 1 pair warm gloves
- Handkerchiefs
- 4 bath towels / 4 wash cloths
- 2 blankets
- 2 sets of sheets & pillow cases (New for 2009: Students must supply sheets and pillow cases!)
- Pillows
- Alarm clock
- Laundry detergent/dryer sheets
- Shaving cream/razor, soap, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste, deodorant
- Sleeping bag and camping mat
- Telephone
