The Computer Science Department offers classes in Computer Applications, Computer Programming and Computer Design. All students are required to take Computer Applications which includes the basic knowledge of the use of word processing, spreadsheet, graphing and multimedia presentations.
The two electives offered are Graphic Design and Computer Programming. Students in Graphic Design class learn the use of a vector based drawing program and a photo darkroom program to produce computer generated graphics. Computer Programming covers the basics of Java.
