If you haven’t completed an online inquiry form, by doing so now, you will decrease the time spent on the the application itself as some of the answers to our questions will auto-populate with what you submitted on your inquiry form. Complete the online inquiry form now.

After submitting your online application, applicants must also submit an Academic Records Request Form, three Teacher Recommendation Forms, and an Essay Form.
Download this form, print it off, sign it, and take it to your son's current school for processing.
Download this form and request your son's current teachers to complete, then the teachers should send them directly to admissions@subi.org
Your son should respond to these essay prompts. Each finished essay should be somewhere between 250 and 750 words.
Which standardized testing in required?
Standardized testing is NOT required for domestic applicants. All international applicants whose native language is not English must take the TOEFL Junior (for grades 7 - 8) or the TOEFL iBT, IELTS or Duolingo English Test (for grades 9 - 11) and provide us with an official score report.
How do we schedule an interview?
It may not be necessary for us to interview every applicant. If we need to learn more about an applicant or discuss information gleaned from the application or supplemental application forms, please know that we reserve the right to request a face to face or video interview.
Homeschooled?
No problem. We welcome applications from home-schooled students. Please contact the Office of Admissions for our process.
