Senior Hudson Pruitt from Fort Smith, Arkansas, is spending two weeks at Instituto Cesare Arici, a classical high school in Brescia, Italy. During his stay, Hudson will observe and learn about the Italian school system while promoting Subiaco Academy. Hosted by an Italian family, he will also introduce the students of Cesare Arici Institute to our academy. The Sophomore Honors English class took advantage of the sunny, 78-degree weather today by acting out scenes from William Shakespeare's Julius Caesar outdoors. Our Subiaco students enjoy beautiful, scenic views and peaceful surroundings throughout their school day. Studies show that spending time in nature enhances educational outcomes by improving children's academic performance, focus, behavior and love of learning. 🏈Jr High was defeated by Trinity 8-20 tonight in Ft Smith. Good game Trojans! The Jr. High team travels to Newark tomorrow to play Cedar Ridge at 5:00pm, followed by Sr High at 7:00pm.

Today one of our seniors, Tyler Stevens, was sworn into the Oklahoma Air National Guard by his father, Major Phillip Stevens of the 188th Wing, Fort Smith, Arkansas. It was almost exactly 25 years ago that Major Stevens was sworn in at the same age as his oldest son, Tyler. Following his Subiaco Academy graduation in May of 2025, Tyler will attend basic training and after completing tech school for 93 days will attain the position of F-16 Crew Chief. Tyler plans to continue in January of 2026 in ROTC as he attends Flight School to become a Professional Pilot through the Aerospace Administration and Operations major of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Ray and Linda Booker OSU Flight Center opened in 2022 and serves as a premiere resource for students pursuing degrees in aviation education. Congratulations to Tyler Stevens! What a great weekend for our Trojans NICA racing in Siloam Springs! It was fast and dusty, with lots of smiles and laughter. We had students competing in 5 divisions. All of the students had great races, but we had 7 top 20 finishes, 2 top 10 finishes, and Sebastian Kersh being the first Subiaco rider to podium (4th place) in the Varsity division!
