Subi students in Chinese classes showcased their cooking skills. The dishes include egg rolls, pot stickers, chicken lo mien, dumplings, and steamed bun. They nailed it!
Some highlights in CASA club. Students had a great time playing Chinese hacky sack and Bahamian dodgeball. No doubt, Bahamian crack chicken and potstickers are quite popular!

Today the Subiaco Community gathered to celebrate the solemnity with an all school Mass at St. Benedict’s Abbey Church.
Abbot Elijah encouraged all after mass to come see the relics of the saints that were on the altar.

Our FBLA chapter (Future Business Leaders of America) took 24 of our student members to attend the District 1 FBLA Fall Leadership Conference this week. The theme was Together We Achieve. The keynote speaker was the inspirational Dave Pittman, who overcame life challenges associated with his diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome to become a final contender on American Idol. He talked to our students about building his career as a music professional and his journey to success as a national speaker. He emphasized the importance of a strong Faith and trust in God, along with the importance of Character and Integrity. Some of the qualities we emphasize in our development of young men here at Subiaco Academy.
