Blue Arrows Club

The Order of the Blue Arrow is a group of students who are responsible for showing the Academy campus to prospective students and their parents during Discovery Weekends and other Academy events.

Blue Arrow members are required to have 15 hours of community service. These hours are reported to the Registrar or to the Blue Arrow advisor. Each member is required to participate in at least three of the Blue Arrow events.

The nomination of new Blue Arrow members is usually done at the end of each school year. Every current Blue Arrow member nominates three new members on a paper ballot provided by the advisor. The list of suggested new members is approved by the Headmaster. When serving as a Blue Arrow representative, the dress code is to be Sunday Dress unless noted otherwise. The nominees are then tested and interviewed by leading members of the organization. The criteria for electing new members is based on the students’

  3. Willingness to work

  4. Ability to communicate with peers, prospects, and parents

  5. Being a good and loyal citizen of the Subiaco Abbey and Academy community
